SC declines to stay Allahabad HC arrange proclaiming DND flyway toll free

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday declined to stay Allahabad High Court arrange that had announced Delhi-Noida-Direct (DND) Flyway toll free.


A request by the NOIDA Toll Bridge Company (NTBCL) had tested the Allahabad High Court arrange making the Delhi-Noida-Direct (DND) Flyway toll free.

A seat headed by Justice Anil R. Dave passed the request on Thursday after senior guidance Shyam Divan said the supplication for an early hearing on Friday.
